Mistake no. 1,this is the one i see people make the most as a nutritional therapy practitioner or sort of wellness practitioner. You're buying a probiotics that is not surviving your stomach acid. But i wanna be very transparent like ,as someone who's bad a lot of digestive issues,and i've been on tons of antibiotics throughout my life. I've had reoccurring Canida,I've lived in mold.I've had so many digestive things, trauma,bening in fight or flight. Like all of those things impact your digestive as well. This is a tool in your tool kit, But it's not a magic pill.
Mistake No.5, people ignore prebiotics. Okay, this probiotics is actually really unique because it is both a pro and a prebiotic at the same time. And prebiotics if you're not familiar with that term, they feed the beneficial bacteria in the gut. Think of them like fertilizer, like the good bugs in your gut or the flowers. And the prebiotics are the fertilizer. So you get prebiotics in food as well, like fruits and vegetables previotics, potatoes prebiotics, but you also can get them from a little supplement,which is helpful. So i like that they combine the two.
The last mistake i see some people make.
